The Haunted Forest Ride, Bickford Oaks House of Nightmares and The Harris House of Terror are very frightening. Reality does not exist. Your nightmares will become your reality. What Ever You Fear Will Find You In Here!
How scared you get is up to you. Fear is relative. We do our part by providing hands down one of the scariest Halloween attractions in Ontario. Of course everyone has their own particular fear threshold. The best answer we can give is our repeat customer rate is very high. So we must be doing something right. Being scared is awesome fun!
We've had some say each one is more scary than the other, but each one has its own scares and monsters and again everyone's fear level is different.
If you don't touch them they won't grab you. Keep in mind this is a live show and does not always go according to plan! Of course, in the dark and tight areas, something may accidentally bump into you but our monsters will probably not grab you. You may be grabbed by one of the members of your own group who is too terrified to continue without your help.
We recommend starting with the Haunted Forest Ride for younger visitors. It provides a good mix of scares while keeping some distance between the monsters and guests. However, please note that all our attractions are designed to be frightening and may not be suitable for very young children or those easily scared.
Remember this is a weather permitting event and cannot guarantee we will be able to open every night so make sure you have a backup plan just in case. We provide the entertainment, you provide the kids. It's as simple as that. We have several picnic tables available for your use for birthday cake, but I do suggest that you bring a cooler and keep it in your car as we have no place to keep it for you. The tables can not be reserved and are on a first come first serve basis.
Please note, due to insurance purposes no outside food/drink is allowed (with exception of the cake).
We do suggest to eliminate time in line for your group – it is suggested to arrive earlier than later.
No. A child uses the same space in line, same seat on the Ride. In regards to the scare venues (if you decide to put your child through) the child will get the same scare activation as an adult, most children will be too scared to continue, it then takes a cast member to escort them to the exit. So actually we should charge more. But we do allow children 5 and under to enter all attractions for free when accompanied by an adult.
Being scared in a controlled environment like our haunted attractions can actually be beneficial! It releases adrenaline and endorphins, which can create a natural high. However, if you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult your doctor before visiting.
The Ride No. Once the bus starts moving you are on it till the end.
Haunted Houses there is time in the beginning but once the show starts. For someone to leave and open a door to the daylight would ruin it for everyone else. So yes and no… in the beginning we give you the opportunity to leave after that – grab your friend and get them to help you get through…
No! You paid us to scare you. If you get scared in the line or in the first few rooms and want to leave, we've done what you paid us to do very quickly. Be happy with the prompt service!

We open at 7:00 pm and close at 11:00 pm. The ticket booth closes at 10:30 pm.
Yes, if you are in line at closing time, you will still get to experience the attraction. However, please note that our ticket booth closes at 10:30 pm, so make sure to purchase your tickets before then.
The best time to arrive is right when we open at 7:00 pm. This will help you avoid the longest lines and ensure you have time to experience all the attractions.
The Haunted houses unfortunately are not wheelchair accessible. There are tight walkways and some stairs.
We are a weather-permitting event. Light rain usually won't affect our operations, but heavy rain or severe weather conditions may cause us to close for safety reasons. Please check our social media for updates during inclement weather.
A good couple of hours to see everything – most venues are 10-15 min in length. But keep in mind as we get closer to Halloween there is some waiting at some of the venues, but the lines generally move quickly the way we’ve got things set up. Early in season an hour is usually what you’ll need. However, closer to end of season – there will be wait times, so please dress warm.
Yes, we have various food vendors and a gift shop on site. However, please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted (with the exception of birthday cakes for scheduled parties).
No, flash photography and video recording are not permitted inside the attractions. This is both for the safety of our actors and to maintain the scary atmosphere for all guests.
Absolutely not! Any guest exhibiting these behaviors will be immediately removed from the premises without a refund and may face legal consequences. We take the safety of our actors, props, and other guests very seriously.
We occasionally offer special promotions through our social media channels. Group rates may be available for large parties with advance arrangements.
Yes, you can bring your cell phone, but it must be silenced during the attractions. Photography and filming are not permitted inside the attractions.
You may wear any costume you wish, however we do not allow masks or other face disguising techniques. Trust us this is for the public's safety. It is too easy for a customer, in a mask, to do something inappropriate and then you, or us, have no way to identify them. We also do not allow props with your costumes – these are dangerous to our actors. If you bring them they will be held for you at the ticket booth and must be left there.
Sorry, no. Although we'd love to meet your furry friend — we have plenty of our own! — pets are not allowed at Reapers Realm because most city animals are not familiar with forest animals and they may not play nicely together.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. But if you bring younger children it really depends on your child. If you have a child that can watch scary movies and isn't frightened, then they are probably OK to go through. However, if the child is easily startled or frightened by scary images, you may want to wait until they are a little bit older. No refunds will be provided.
